In 2019/21/22, Andreas Hosang provided significant support in setting up an implementation organization for the topics of processes and IT in the area of Swiss Post AG (PostNet).

Andreas Hosang focused mainly on the establishment and development of new services in the banking sector.

Between August 2017 and April 2018, Andreas Hosang led a study on the topic of package insertion (Dropbox) on behalf of Post CH AG. As part of this study, package drops were developed in a very short time and in various iterations and tested live with customers and employees as part of various “proof of concepts”. In this interdisciplinary work (identification of customer needs, offer definition, market research, concept and solution development taking into account UX/CEM and CI/CD specifications, commercial processing as well as marketing and communication) Andreas Hosang showed a lot of personal commitment, innovative spirit as well as high flexibility and agility. He led the study team confidently through the hectic work and the final study was complete and coherent. In the meantime, based on the study findings, a follow-up project has been launched, which aims at the definitive development and introduction of the tested package inserts.
