Vision, Strategy, Goals execution plan and Employees, which comes first?
Probably the first thing you think about is the vision, strategy, goals and execution plan. For this, you hire a great consultancy company, then it will work for sure. Last but not least, you hire good staff for the realization.
I like the approach from the book “Good to Great” which turns the order upside down. It seems coherent to me, because the right team will also be able to work out the what, develop the purpose, and respond appropriately to change along the way of implementation.
External partners can be a help, but in the long run they cannot replace a good team.
