FamilyLounge Chur
A low-threshold space for families with young children, developed together with the Salvation Army Chur.
Situation
FamilyLounge is designed as a low-threshold space for families with young children — developed together with the Salvation Army Chur.
Three formats were meant to cover different needs: BabySong for music, movement, language and connection; the Gäuggeligarten playgroup as a stable small group for children; and Treffpunkt as an open meeting space for families, with no course structure and no obligation to consume.
Approach
I was responsible for strategy, concept development and implementation. A large part of this conceptual and advisory work was provided non-commercially.
Result
The concept was fully implemented: all three formats were launched, and families used the offerings. The accompanying campaign ran until September 2026; the project is complete.
Feedback
For the Family Lounge, Hosang Consulting developed a comprehensive concept and implemented it together with us. From the original idea and positioning to visual identity, flyers, the website and videos, through to the Meta campaign and physical promotional materials such as signs, flyers and T-shirts, everything came from a single source.
What we particularly valued was that the work did not stop at a strategy or individual ideas. Implementation was consistently considered and supported throughout. The impact was clearly visible to us: the Family Lounge developed further, new families were reached, and social media in particular helped us make more people aware of our offering.
We would undertake the project with Hosang Consulting again.
