Digital Transformation
Digitization, low-code, AI integration, M365 – technically sound, but always from the question: What does this really deliver? I support companies in digital transformation – from strategy through implementation to sustainable anchoring.
Technology with purpose
Digital transformation doesn't start with technology, but with the question of what problem needs to be solved. I help companies select the right tools and deploy them to create real value. This includes no-code and low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, AI-driven process automation and integration into existing system landscapes. Always with the ambition that the solution works not only technically but is also embraced by people.
From idea to scalable solution
Whether migrating applications to modern platforms, building governance frameworks or introducing AI-supported working methods – I support the entire journey. From target architecture through proof of concepts to rollout. I work closely with international development teams and multiple business units. My goal: solutions that don't just work, but scale.
"Simplicity is no accident – it takes courage and clarity."
When digital transformation needs more than technology
New software alone does not change an organisation. If goals, processes and responsibilities remain unclear, technology in the worst case only digitises existing problems. Digital transformation therefore starts with the question of what should actually improve for the organisation. Only from there can processes, priorities and technology decisions be meaningfully derived. I help align business, IT and involved partners towards a shared goal, prepare decisions and develop a viable path from individual initiatives.
From idea to implemented change
Transformation needs both: orientation and execution. I therefore combine analysis and target vision with concrete project responsibility. Together we clarify what is necessary, what should be implemented first and where a small verifiable step is more sensible than a large solution built in advance. Technology is a tool in this process. What matters is whether it produces a change that works within the organisation and can be carried forward.

Most engagements start with one question and grow into adjacent topics. These services work particularly well together:
Business Analysis
Digitalisation rarely fails on technology, but on unclear requirements. A clean analysis lays the foundation before systems are built or replaced.
