That's exactly where I start: I first understand what is really at stake, take responsibility, and stay with it until insight becomes impact. For entrepreneurs, that means less risk, clarity on the next steps, and recognising sooner when something isn't working.
Hosang Consulting is an owner-led consultancy based in Chur, Switzerland, for project leadership, business analysis and digital transformation – for Swiss SMEs and public organisations. I work with people, teams and organisations on complex change and implementation projects. Depending on the situation, my role shifts – from Challenger through Accelerator and Executor to Observer. I have been self-employed since 2009 and support mandates in Switzerland and internationally.
I work personally and with direct responsibility. There is no unnecessary consulting apparatus and no handover to changing teams. Where additional expertise is needed, I bring in specific people from my network.
My work begins with understanding. Only when the starting point, objective, interests, risks and responsibilities are clarified can viable decisions emerge.
