Hosang Consulting is an owner-managed consultancy based in Chur for project management, business analysis and digital transformation. I help SMEs, municipalities and organisations clarify demanding undertakings, prepare decisions and take implementation forward responsibly – in Graubünden, in south-eastern Switzerland and across Switzerland.

Experience with municipalities and public organisations

I also support municipalities and public organisations with IT, organisation and digitalisation undertakings.

For a municipality in the canton of Bern, for example, I analysed the existing IT landscape and, together with administration and schools, developed a target picture, prioritised fields of action and an implementation plan. In a further mandate I am accompanying the development of a long-term pedagogical ICT and system strategy.

Graubünden is my base, not my limit

I work in person in Graubünden and south-eastern Switzerland, and project-based across Switzerland and in Liechtenstein.
