Following an earlier mandate involving around 400 applications, the recruiting process was developed further. In the current project, interviews are transcribed, candidate profiles are formulated in a structured way using Quenaris, and salary data from around 60 responses is processed automatically. This produces substantial decision bases for HR within hours, while personal exchange with candidates remains central.
