Some of the cases shown here are not paid mandates but engagements: time and experience deliberately invested where responsibility is taken and impact can result — held to the same standard of commitment and quality as commercial work.

    Following an earlier mandate involving around 400 applications, the recruiting process was developed further. In the current project, interviews are transcribed, candidate profiles are formulated in a structured way using Quenaris, and salary data from around 60 responses is processed automatically. This produces substantial decision bases for HR within hours, while personal exchange with candidates remains central.
