From the original idea and positioning to visual identity, flyers, the website and videos, through to the Meta campaign and physical promotional materials such as signs, flyers and T-shirts, everything came from a single source.
What we particularly valued was that the work did not stop at a strategy or individual ideas. Implementation was consistently considered and supported throughout. The impact was clearly visible to us: the Family Lounge developed further, new families were reached, and social media in particular helped us make more people aware of our offering.
We would undertake the project with Hosang Consulting again.

In August 2026, Andreas Hosang recommended that I first try QUENARIS instead of immediately engaging his consultancy. Perhaps I would not need him at all then. No sooner said than done. In fact, Andreas heard nothing from me until he followed up at the end of October.

In the set-up phase we travelled to Kenya together to experience the situation and the mood on site and to get to know the people personally. Later, Andreas travelled to Kenya a second time without me to accompany and steer the progress of the project on site.
Andreas developed the planning, formulated the project goals and accompanied the implementation as well as the organisation and coordination with everyone involved on site. Communication was often not easy because of the different cultures. Andreas was skilful at finding consensus. Creating the project documentation was also one of his tasks, as was the subsequent further development of the business model: organising courses and trainings in agricultural crop farming with local specialists, as well as formulating a strategy and organising the marketing of the products grown.
For me this was a great and valuable relief: I did not have to take care of the operational day-to-day business. Andreas kept the overview and independently made sure that the necessary work got done. He did not limit himself to recommendations but took responsibility for their implementation.
I particularly appreciate Andreas's independence, his openness and reliability, as well as his personal commitment. His authentic and structured way of working enabled him to guide the people on site and to motivate them to deliver results independently and on their own responsibility.
I have experienced Andreas as a project manager, business partner and friend to whom a complex project can be entrusted without reservation, and I therefore gladly recommend him.
