Business Development

Building new business areas and partnerships. Developing business cases, translating strategy into execution. I support companies as a strategic partner – from the first idea to measurable impact.

Strategy that leads to execution

Business development is not a PowerPoint exercise. It's about recognizing real opportunities, building partnerships and validating business models. I bring experience from over 15 years of self-employment – with mandates in banking, financial services, IoT, low-code and the ERP environment. My approach: formulate hypotheses, test quickly, and communicate honestly what works and what doesn't.

Partnerships and business areas

From partner acquisition in banking to building a cross-industry IoT ecosystem to establishing a low-code department – I develop business areas not just conceptually but implement them operationally. This includes product and channel strategy, pricing models and active support of pilot projects.

"What I wish for myself also applies to my clients – a solution that truly convinces."

When a possibility needs to become a viable next step

New business opportunities often emerge before it is clear whether and how they can become a viable initiative. An idea exists, a market is changing or a new possibility is taking shape, but value proposition, target group, business model or implementation are not yet sufficiently clear. I help examine such opportunities in a structured way. Together we look at the market, customer needs, the organisation and existing capabilities, and clarify which assumptions need to be tested first. The goal is not to produce a large business plan as quickly as possible. It is about understanding a business opportunity well enough to make a well-founded next decision.
