HR & Recruitment

People determine the success of every change. But not every missing capability automatically means a new position needs to be created or filled. First it should be clear what responsibility is actually needed, which competencies already exist and what can be developed internally. We support companies in clarifying these questions and deriving the right next step from them.

More than filling positions

HR is not an administrative act – it's a growth driver. Together with Elizabeth Kunhimon, we offer HR consulting that goes beyond traditional recruiting. We understand HR as a strategic function: recognizing potential before it's visible, combining integrity and humanity, and supporting leaders to develop their teams sustainably. Our approach is personal and direct – no mass business, but individual guidance.

Our convictions

Recognizing potential before it's visible. Integrity and humanity combined. HR as a growth driver – not administration. We work with companies that understand that the right people make the difference. Whether recruitment, leadership development or coaching – we bring the experience and network to find suitable solutions.

"The true purpose of business is to meet real needs."

When competencies become the bottleneck

Growth, digitisation and change frequently lead to new tasks and responsibilities. Existing roles evolve, new capabilities are needed and it is not always clear from the outset how to best close the gap. That is why we look at the actual need first, not the vacancy.

  • What task needs to be solved?
  • What responsibility is needed?
  • Which competencies are missing?
  • What can be developed internally?
  • Where are additional people or specialists needed?
  • Where can digital support provide meaningful relief?

Only from this does a well-founded decision emerge.

Win people or develop capabilities

Not every competency gap needs the same answer. Depending on the situation, the right path may be developing existing employees further, reorganising responsibilities, recruiting a specific person or bringing in additional specialist expertise. This connects recruitment and enablement, instead of viewing talent acquisition in isolation.

Involving proven specialists

Where additional HR or recruiting expertise is needed, we can draw on specialised partners with whom we have been working practically, in some cases for years. This allows additional expertise to be brought in as needed, without building unnecessary new structures at the client.

Thinking people and digital workers together

We are not only theoretically engaged with new forms of collaboration. We use digital workers ourselves and bring experience from the further development of a digital solution developed in Switzerland. HR is only one part of a larger context. What matters is the interplay of people, capabilities, knowledge, processes and digital support. This creates an additional question before simply creating a new position: Does this task actually need an additional person — or does the organisation need a better combination of human capabilities, processes and digital support? This explicitly does not mean replacing people with technology wherever possible. Technology should support where it makes work more effective. Responsibility, judgement and collaboration must continue to be consciously shaped.

Recruitment in practice

An example of how technology can ease the recruitment process without taking over decisions about people.

Do you need the right capability, not just a position?

If it is not yet clear whether recruitment, internal development, external specialist expertise or digital support is the right path, we first clarify the actual need together.
