Data processing takes place on a dedicated server in Switzerland as well as in the data centres of Microsoft in Ireland and Amsterdam. By engaging with and collaborating with Hosang Consulting GmbH, you consent to this privacy policy.

For the operation of this website, the information in section 8 applies in addition.

2 Principles

Personal data is only processed if and as long as there is permission or legal obligation to do so. Data is only used insofar as it is necessary for a legitimate purpose. All personal data is treated confidentially.

Data is processed from employees, applicants, cooperation partners and business partners. This includes contact details, CVs, professional experience, educational certificates and – where necessary – compensation and bank details.

5 Purpose of processing

Applicants: Placement in suitable positions and projects. Business partners: Ensuring smooth contract performance. Employees: Fulfilment of employer obligations under the existing employment relationship.

Hosang Consulting GmbH has implemented technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data. The data protection concept is based on internationally recognised standards.

8 Operation of this website

This section relates exclusively to visits to hosang-consulting.com and supplements the preceding information.

Hosting. The website is operated via Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Cloudflare provides the content through a global network of servers and processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, the time of access, the address accessed, and browser and device information. This processing is necessary for content delivery and to prevent attacks. It may involve disclosure abroad, including to the USA.

No cookies, no analytics. This website does not use cookies, does not embed advertising or analytics services, and does not create visitor profiles. There is no cross-website tracking.

Fonts. All fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third-party providers.

Local storage. Two technical settings are stored in your browser's memory: your language choice and the choice between light and dark mode. Additionally, if you have hidden the contact button, this is noted. This information remains on your device, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time via your browser's settings.

External services. The website contains links to external services, including appointment scheduling via Microsoft Bookings, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn and X. These services are only accessed when you click the corresponding link. From that point on, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

Contact. This website does not contain a contact form. If you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use your information exclusively to process your request.
