Contribution to entrepreneurial thinking and action

Germany Retreat 2025

In 2025, I contributed to a retreat in Germany on the theme of entrepreneurial mindset. The starting point was a simple observation: many people automatically associate entrepreneurial thinking with owning a company, yet it is first and foremost a stance.

At the centre, therefore, stood the core idea that acting entrepreneurially is not tied to ownership. You do not need to own a company to take initiative. This stance shows up in everyday life, regardless of whether someone is employed, becomes self-employed, or gets involved in a completely different context.

I addressed several related aspects: approaching challenges constructively, recognising solutions instead of dwelling on problems, taking initiative, carrying responsibility, building resilience, and learning from setbacks instead of suppressing them.

The last point matters especially to me: setbacks are part of every development. Anyone who tries to avoid them entirely also misses the experience that comes from them.

This stance is not pure theory for me. It is the same one I bring to projects and change initiatives in my professional work: not waiting until every condition is perfect, but taking responsibility and acting.
